When I give you an astrology reading, I use a mix of various astrological techniques including aspects, transits, progressions, solar arc directions, returns, declinations,and midpoints, as well as tarot, intuition and clairvoyance.

Your reading will begin with us casually chatting, talking about whatever comes up, saying hello and feeling each other's presence. This helps us both tune in. It may seem like we're just chatting, but I'm looking at how whatever we are discussing fits in with your birth chart, and the current transits and progressions TO your birth chart. Relaxed and comfortable, you start to get insights and remember who you are and what you are capable of, and what you really want to do.

To realize AND reach our full potential, to attain the promise of our grandeur, we need to consult the unconscious. It is from our unconscious that we evolve, that we reach for the true, authentic promise of our evolution and (slowly) become aware and conscious. Sometimes this is fun. Sometimes the truths we see are not so easy to understand and accept. Sometimes we all need some guidance.

Your reading includes an in-depth look at your current situation and upcoming future. It is only by being aware of and accepting what is happening NOW-- with openness and neutrality-- that you can make changes that can positively influence your future. This is the true use of free will. So why don't we do it? We get blocked along the way. If you want me to look at charts for other people, this is not a problem, unless it becomes more of a curiosity than a healing experience. This is your reading. The insights you retrieve will add to your healing awareness and conscious evolution by helping you to open, SEE, and release your blocked energy. As this is released, you can effortlessly improve the quality of all your relationships, be more relaxed, and more successful in everything you do. So it is highly recommended to focus this reading on you. Once you are more clear, other relationships and situations will also become more clear.

My specialty is aligning you with your spiritual self and helping you create a bridge between soul purpose and real-life options. Integration of spirit and practical reality. Many people are looking for exact dates for important events like surgery, lawsuits, or weddings. Astrologers who do this are called Elective or Horary astrologers and there are many excellent practitioners of these arts. If you have a time for an event and would like information on what it means and how it may unfold in your life, I am happy to provide that service. I personally use and benefit from horary astrology every day, however my practice is more geared to psychological/spiritual insights.

Some astrologers may tell you exactly when to do everything, arrived at by using formulas. While I will give you a perspective on timing the events of your life-- you are not a formula! We are all individuals with different paths, so I go beyond formulas and let each person's chart speak in their own unique way. There are times in our lives when our own inner growth, as indicated by transits, means looking at beliefs and ideals that we have always taken as absolute truth. Sometimes our aspects and transits challenge these innate assumptions. What opinions and beliefs do you hold without even realizing it? ANd what do you DO with these rejected parts of yourself? How do they effect your life?

While your ego may be certain you have all the right answers, your unconscious may want something entirely different. Both can go to extremes if they are not heard and acknowledged. The reading process helps you synthesize and balance inner and outer needs to arrive at a creative, whole way to live.

How to have the most insightful Reading possible
The most important thing is focus. To ensure the best reading possible, put yourself in a focused, centered state of mind. Find a quiet place and make sure there will be no distractions during your reading time. This includes turning off music, TV, and email and making sure no one will enter your space. Sit as upright as possible, with both feet on the floor. This helps your body and mind to ground and center. Taking notes can help you to further focus on the reading, as well as remember what was said.

Place your full attention on your reading, using both left and right brains -- taking notes facilitates this process. If you can't take notes or rather not, astrology is a symbolic language that speaks to your subconscious, so let the information flow into your subconscious and know you can access it there anytime.

To insure your psychic privacy, I ground my energy and pray before a reading so I can give you clear, unbiased, spiritually beneficial information. And I do an energy clearing after the reading so we don't continue to carry each other's energy. And I will be happy to teach you to do the same. I like to begin each reading with an intention, or prayer, that we connect to the most beneficial information possible.
